As personal real state we define the search objective based on your needs and wishes, and find what you’re looking for by conducting an exhaustive search using all available channels. We have a network of over 400 staff who are paid to locate properties, even if those properties aren’t yet for sale. Our years of experience and thousands of successful transactions have enabled us to develop professional contacts and obtain information regarding land, residential properties, commercial properties and more. We’ve also developed our own methodology for analysing online property listings. We select from among the best properties offered by private sellers, agencies and other market channels.

Getting the best price requires comprehensive, experience-based knowledge of the market and the ability to negotiate by remaining cool and conducting a dialogue, employing respect and professionalism in each instance and using the appropriate technical and other arguments to secure the best price.

We verify the property’s legal and planning-related circumstances, find out if it has any encumbrances (e.g. mortgage, commonhold debts, foreclosures, etc.), draw up all the necessary documents for the purchase (deposit agreement, private contract, etc.) As personal real state we work hard to minimise costs and guarantee that all the necessary procedures are completed quickly and thoroughly, up to and including registration of the sale or purchase in the property register.
